De Reverso werd oorspronkelijk ontworpen zodat polospelers de kast konden omdraaien om het delicate saffierglas te beschermen tijdens de wedstrijd. Ref. 250.1.08 heeft een 18k geelgouden kast van 23 x 38mm. De zilveren wijzerplaat heeft Arabische cijferuurmarkeringen en geblauwde stalen wijzers. De gepolijste kast is gestyled met groeven. Het horloge wordt aangestuurd door een quartz uurwerk.
