Spiegelgracht Jewelers does not charge extra for payments by Ideal, by Credit Card or by Paypal.

Shipping within the Netherlands and the EU for orders above Euro 500,-.

Your order will be shipped fully insured by FedEx within 24 hours after payment reaches us.

For the Netherlands and The European Union, shipping costs are free.

Shipping outside the EU for orders above Euro 500,-

For deliveries outside the EU, we charge a shipping fee of Euro 99,-.
As a customer from outside the EU, you are responsible for any import taxes/laws of your country. Please inform your customs office well what the possible import costs will be.

Shipping within the Netherlands for orders under Euro 500,-.

Your order, after the payment is received by us, will be sent within 24 hours insured and the shipping costs are Euro 20, -.

Shipping abroad for orders under Euro 500,-

Your order will be sent within 24 hours insured after the payment is received by us and the shipping costs are Euro 35 for EU countries and Euro 99 for countries outside the EU.

Expected delivery times of your order:

Netherlands - within 1 to 2 working days.
Belgium/Germany/France - 1 to 2 working days.
Other EU countries - 1 to 3 working days.
Outside the EU - approximately 1 week.
