Ref. 1320 is een klassieke uitvoering van de Cartier Panthère, bekend om zijn stalen constructie, quartz uurwerk en de iconische, spoepele schakelarmband. De kast meet 22x 30mm (Small Model). De crèmekleurige wijzerplaat heeft de kenmerkende zwarte Romeinse cijfers en geblauwd stalen wijzers. De sierlijke kroon is gezet met een blauwe, synthetische cabochon geslepen spinel. Ondanks dat de 1320 een oudere referentie is, is het Panthère-design tijdloos en is het model nod steeds zeer populair op de vintage markt.
