Ref. 4305 is a modern, extra-large watch that pays homage to the original friendship between Louis Cartier and Brazilian aviation pioneer Alberto Santos-Dumont. The case has a substantial size of 33.9 x 46.6mm with a remarkably thin thickness of only 7.5mm. The watch is finished in stainless steel. The dial is silver with a "sunray" effect. It has the classic Roman numerals and blued sword-shaped hands. The crown features a blue cabochon sapphire. This model is powered by the ultra-thin hand-winding mechanical movement cal. 430 MC.
