Product added to wish list This is one of Cartier’s most beloved vintage models. Its most distinctive feature is the Vermeil case: solid 925 silver plated with a thick layer of 18-karat gold. This is the “Small” version—the diameter of this watch is just 20 mm. The watch features an opaline dial with Arabic hour markers and blued steel sword-shaped hands. The beaded crown is set with a blue cabochon-cut synthetic spinel. The watch is powered by a quartz movement and comes with a new leather strap.
