De Patek Philippe 4906 is een elegant dameshorloge uit de beroemde Calatrava-lijn, geproduceerd in de vroege jaren 2000. De 18-karaats witgouden kast heeft een diameter van 28mm. Het horloge staat bekend om zijn subtiele wijzerplaat, uitgevoerd in het wit met Romeinse cijfers en een datum venster. Het wordt aangedreven door een hoogwaardig quartz-uurwerk. Geleverd op een zwarte lederen band met een witgouden gesp van Patek Philippe.
