De Patek Philippe 3846 is een klassiek dress watch uit de bekende Ellipse-collectie, voornamelijk geproduceerd rond de jaren ’80. De herkenbare ellipsvormige kast is uitgevoerd in 18 karaats geelgoud met een zeer slank profiel (27x32mm). Het horloge is voorzien van een diepblauwe ‘sunray’ wijzerplaat met slanke gouden indexen. De ref. 3846 wordt aangedreven door een hoogwaardig Patek Philippe handwind-uurwerk. Geleverd op een luxe lederen band met een geelgouden ‘Ellipse-stijl’ gesp.
