Features

The Rolex DateJust 1600 is a vintage model, produced from the late 1950s until approximately 1978. This example dates from 1969. The most distinguishing feature of the 1600 compared to other 16xx references is the smooth, polished steel bezel. This gives the watch a slightly more sporty and minimalistic look. The stainless steel case measures 36mm. The watch is equipped with an automatic mechanical movement Rolex cal. 1570 (no quickset date function). The silver-grey 'pie-pan' dial with applied hour markers and the plexiglass add a vintage charm. This watch is delivered on a stainless steel Jubilee bracelet with lightweight, 'folded' links.
