Rolex DateJust ref. 16220 (1990) is een klassieke, volledig stalen editie (36mm) met een unieke, machinaal gedraaide (“engine-turned”) lunette. Hoewel niet heel zeldzaam, wordt deze lunette niet meer geproduceerd, wat enige verzamelwaarde toevoegt aan dit horloge. Bovendien heeft het een toegankelijk staal-op-staal ontwerp, dat velen geschikt zullen vinden voor het dagelijks leven. Deze Rolex 16220 heeft een zwarte wijzerplaat met opgelegde streep- uurmarkeringen. Het horloge beschikt over een krasbestendig saffierglas, een datum functie en het kaliber 3135 automatisch opwindbare uurwerk. Voorzien van een roestvrijstalen Jubilee-band met een vouwsluiting is het een geweldige allrounder!
