Rolex Explorer II had been introduced in 1971, when reference 1655 saw the light of day. Reference 16570 is what collectors now call Neo-Vintage. This watch has a black dial with Tritium hour markers and a red 24-hour hand. The case (40mm), brushed steel bezel and steel strap are in good condition.
