This Rolex Oyster Perpetual for women uses two of the brand's most innovative features: the waterproof Oyster case and the self-winding movement. The case is hermetically sealed via a screw-down crown. Inside the case beats a movement that powers itself by the movement of the wearer's wrist. The ref. 79173 you see here today is a ladies' example that presents the case and strap in stainless steel and 18 karat yellow gold. As a ladies' reference, the case also retains a small diameter of 26 mm and features a supple band that hugs the wrist like a fine piece of jewelry. However, what makes this watch very special is the dial: ivory with a Rolex relief and yellow gold Arabic hour markers. This type of dial is also called 'Jubilee dial' ☺️
