Ref. 67198 is volledig vervaardigd uit 18k geelgoud. Het horloge heeft de traditionele, zeer compacte damesmaat van 26mm. De kast is uitgerust met de herkenbare gekartelde lunette en het saffierglas. De zilveren wijzerplaat* is symmetrisch zonder datumvenster en heeft geelgouden opgelegde streepjes-uurmarkeringen en geelgouden wijzers. Binnenin tikt het kaliber 2130 automatisch uurwerk. Geleverd op de iconischge President-band met onzichtbare Crownclasp-sluiting.
