This model is the successor to the iconic 16610 and introduced significant upgrades. The most notable innovation is the wider case with thicker lugs, also called the "Super Case. The bezel is made of scratch-resistant Cerachrom in color black and has platinum-coated numerals. The dial is black and has Chromalight-illuminated hour markers and hands. Both the solid Oyster strap and the 40mm case are stainless steel. The Oysterlock safety clasp and Glidelock system allow for easy adjustment of the strap length without tools.

This watch dates from 2013 and comes with a deluxe box from our store and the original warranty certificate from Rolex.
