This is a watch with legendary status! The Polerouter was specially designed for SAS pilots flying over the North Pole, where strong magnetic fields disrupted standard watches. It was designed in 1954 by Gérald Genta, who was just 23 years old at the time! Reference 10361 is known for its elegant 34mm 18-karat rose gold case. The most recognizable feature of the Polerouter is its ribbed inner ring. This gives the dial tremendous depth and an almost futuristic look (for its time). The cream-colored dial features a "crosshair" design in the center, which was typical of precision watches from that era. Inside, an automatic movement with a micro-rotor keeps the watch slim. Comes with a new leather strap.
