Return or exchange of internet orders within the EU.

You can exchange or revoke/return the product ordered at www.spiegelgrachtjuweliers.nl without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt.
You can return your product in our store in Amsterdam or let us pick up your product for free at your home.
The free pickup of your product is only possible in NL for orders above Euro 500,- outside the Netherlands and for orders below Euro 500,- the shipping costs of return are for your own account.

You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting from the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. We will credit the amount to you within 14 days.

After you report your revocation to us, we will contact you to discuss picking up your product.

You must notify your revocation using the revocation form.

Upon receipt, we will check the product for damage and that it has not been used. Used or damaged items will not be returned.
