Ref. 1140 is the ultimate dress watch: understated, chic, and timeless. The case is made of 18-karat yellow gold. The dimensions are 23.5 x 30 mm (which Cartier called the "Large" size). The watch features a classic white ('off-white') dial with Roman hour markers and blued steel sword hands. Powered by a quartz movement.
