Ref. 1140 is het ultieme ‘dress watch’: ingetogen, chic en tijdloos. De kast is gemaakt van 18- karaats geelgoud. De afmetingen zijn: 23,5 x 30mm (wat Cartier de ‘Large’ maat noemde). Het horloge is voorzien van een klassieke witte (‘off-white’) wijzerplaat met de Romeinse uurmarkeringen en geblauwde stalen zwaardwijzers. Aangedreven door een quartz uurwerk.
