Deze Patek Philippe ref. 3923J is een echte classic. Het horloge is vervaardigd uit 18K geelgoud. Het is een prachtige dresswatch, met een kastdiameter van 32mm. De wijzerplaat heeft een warme zilveren tint en is voorzien van geelgouden streep-uurmarkeringen. Het horloge is uitgerust met een handwind uurwerk (cal. 215T). Het horloge wordt geleverd met een lederen band met een bijpassende 18K Patek Philippe gesp.
