The reference 16523 was produced from 1988 to 2000 and marked a revolution in the Daytona line. It was the first automatic Daytona, after decades of hand-wound models. The caliber 4030 is based on the legendary Zenith El Primero movement. Ref. 16523 is a Rolesor - the combination of stainless steel and 18-karat yellow gold. The case measures 40mm. The gold-tone dial has three contrasting subdials. The watch comes with a steel/gold Oyster strap.
