Reference 178240 has a 31mm diameter case, making it a mid-size model. It is made of Rolex's own Oystersteel. The bezel is domed, creating a sleek and minimalist look. The blue dial has Roman numeral hour markers. This model is powered by the caliber 2235 automatic movement with a date function. The watch comes with the stainless steel Jubilee strap with a hidden folding clasp (Crownclasp).

This watch dates from 2012 and comes with the original box and documentation from Rolex.
