Ref. 18238 combineert vintage charme met modern gebruiksgemak. Het horloge heeft de klassieke 36mm kast en is volledig gemaakt van 18- karaats geelgoud. De witte wijzerplaat is voorzien van diamanten uurmarkeringen en geelgouden wijzers. In tegenstelling tot de vintage modellen, heeft dit model krasbestendig saffierglas. Het wordt aangedreven door het iconische caliber 3155 met een double quickset. Geleverd op de beroemde President- band met een verborgen vouwsluiting (Crownclasp).
