This ladies’ Rolex 67243 is an elegant model without a date display. It features a two-tone Rolesor case (stainless steel and 18K yellow gold). The case measures 24 mm. The watch features an elegant “engine-turned” bezel. The black dial has a light patina, giving the watch a unique vintage look. It is powered by an automatic movement. It comes on a steel/gold Oyster bracelet.
